My second time staying here and it was a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room which was amazing! The breakfast was really good and the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend!

The staff were super friendly , especially Guven and the other manager when I checked in . Their english was very good . The breakfast was excellent , they could add some fried eggs or omelettes lol . But was very happy with my stay .. their hotel rates are also very good for this centrally located hotel . Will definitely stay there again .

Absolutely spotless hotel and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They are so friendly and helpful. Great central location, literally 2 minutes walk to the metro, which is then a 5 minute ride for about 10p to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The buffet breakfast was typical Turkish food and us being of Italian heritage were more than happy with it. Even if you are a bit fussy there is something you could eat. If not, there is a fantastic food stand directly outside that serves a fantastic choice of sandwiches and kebabs with cheese toasties for less than a pound. Would definitely recommend this hotel and when I do return to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, if you want to visit the old city with all its monuments. The staff are extremely friendly, specialy the receptionist Guven who's a helpful, profesionnal and intelectual person, speaking several languages and giving reliable advices.

The location of the hotel is perfect, there are lots of varieties in breakfast, And everyone is caring from the entrance to the exit. You feel as safe as at home, thank you Mr. Emre and Guven.

The food was amazing, fresh and loved the variety, the staff were amazing especially Engin (apologies if i dont have his full name, but was the Receptionist) who greeted us and upgraded our room at no extra cost, supportive and so helpful

It is very near to grand bazaar and other shops and the staff were very nice. The housekeeping Maya also did a fantastic job and was a very nice person.

The location was amazing. And the staff especially Guven was the best ever his English was 10/10 he help me getting around and all. Highly recommend this place.

The room was spacious for 3 single beds. Nice bathroom. Well located, near Sultanhamet; lots of shopping stores for long/party dresses. Close to tram station. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool and Spa were great. The gym was great, too

I booked the hotel the second time. And it will be the third time there, incha Allah . The best thing I like about the hotel is its location: opposite the Havist station to connect to the airport, and close to the Beyazit meydani metro station. With regard to cleanliness, it is daily, and I thank the worker who cleans the houses, as she is very respectful. I thank all the hotel workers. As for breakfast, it is very varied and wonderful
